Called them as part of an Angieslist deal for an AC tuneup. We got a call back the same day we purchased the deal. They had a cancellation that afternoon so were able to come in just a few hours to do the tuneup. Very prompt, explained what they were going to do. Did explain to us a few things that could be done, but also explained that they did not need immediate repair, but could cause the AC to stop working over the next year or two. They provided work estimates and said they would wait for our decision. No high pressure sales at all with these guys.

Beyond expectations! This is second time we've used First Response and we've been over-the-top pleased each time. We chose to replace the 9 year old system on a newly purchased home, chose a 15 seer unit with a top-of-the line UV / fluorescent bulb to assist w mold prevention, etc. The price quoted by First Response was reasonable and we already knew the work they would do would be the best available. Once again, they did not disappoint. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it is to know that the company we call is looking out for our best interests, one that treats you like family. It's truly unique in today's world. I highly recommend.

Came home from work to My house at 80 degrees, one of the first hottest FL days of the seasin. After two hours of trying to find someone to assist I got in touch with Matt from First Responce Heating and Cooling. He came out right away that evening, was quick, honest and reasonable. I will definitely call First Response again if I’m ever in need of AC service again.

Extremely well. We had an urgent need to replace our unit before going on a trip and they accommodated our schedule. We could leave on our trip worry free. As they installed, they were able to correct several issues that had been ignored and/or caused by previous service companies. We have already hired them for additional work.

AMAZING! I may NOT have EVER had such a wonderful service appointment in my adult life...seriously. Matt was not only a great guy (offering to carry a heavy box of books from our car into the office...still moving!) he was an friendly, competent and reasonably priced professional in EVER way. I can't say enough about Matt, I would recommend him and his company with no hesitation for any work that had to be done involving heat or air conditioning. Not only did he do a through cleaning on our older unit, he also cleared the drain line on our other home's unit...traveling from one to the other and getting both done on the same appt. Our previous service company always tried to sell more, charged more, etc. Not Matt. He can be trusted to offer all options and give you the info you need to make an informed decision. We'll be using him to replace our unit as a result without any hesitation. The pricing he gave us is more than reasonable, and I know the work will exceed our expectations.

Overall very good experience. They were able to clear clogged drain line which other A/C service providers has said it was not possible to clear. Matt also recommended replacing my A/C unit which is 20+years old, however did not pressure me to do it immediately just to make a sale, and instead only suggested. Very much appreciated. I will definitely be using them again.

Bryan and Matthew were both very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time after a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. Gave me multiple options for my repair and give me the pros and cons of both routes. Very understanding and didn’t try pushing the more expensive option on me. Honest, hardworking, polite gentlemen I would recommend to anyone.

It was great. I like them because they are really quick and very knowledgeable. I have used other companies in the past and I ended up having to spend more money on in the end. They are professional and I am always pleased with the services.
