Otilio Luna is the manager of the Septic Division of Fernandez & Sons Plumbing, Inc. Otilio was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. He did everything he promised, with several items I call "value added." He communicated via phone and email at each stage of the process (2-week permit process + 5-day installation counting county inspections). The materials and equipment he used are excellent quality and what's needed to make a septic field system last for decades. Work was quiet, efficient, and exactly what I needed. Otilio met my most important criterion -- to avoid a tall berm in my front yard (he was able to finish everything at normal grade, a real bonus). He also added value by pulling large hedges out of my flowerbeds and adding fresh dirt to them as well. His price was competitive with other quotes I got but I think his septic field pipes were higher quality than the others planned. He also allowed me to pay half up front and then 5 monthly payments for the total. I'm thoroughly pleased with everything about this man and the service, and he would be the first I would call for any future work in plumbing, septic, etc. Solid "A" rating for this man and his company.
