We've been using Cross Pest control for several years and could not be happier. They are always super friendly and extremely professional. We've not had a pest problem ever since using them and find they are almost half the cost of other pest control companies. Highly recommend!

I have been using this company for residential pest control service since 1986, shortly after the house was built. There are very few other companies, actually zero other companies or businesses, in any field, that I can say I have used and been totally satisfied with for 28 years! They call to remind me every six months to schedule my treatment, which I appreciate. I have had several service technicians over the years and all were excellent. They show up come on-time, are courteous, friendly, and thorough. My current technician, Alan, has been coming for the last nine years. He is always courteous, pleasant to talk to, makes sure to cover his shoes when he comes in, and is responsive to my questions or concerns. One important benefit to Cross' service is the six-month guarantee. If I have any problems within that period, they will come before my scheduled service and treat for free. I have needed to use this only a handful of times over the years, and not at all in the last few years. For a Florida home, I have had very limited issues with insects, which I clearly attribute to Cross. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service that completely eliminated carpenter ant infestation. Service provider,Frank Smith, polite, professionaland knowledgeable.Price was reasonable. We will certainly use this service when needed in future.

They're services are good. I'm pleased with them. They have been in business for 29 years. The price is reasonable than others. They come in and do the work. So far I am satisfied with their services.

Its a family owned business. I would not have any one else come do my pest control. They do service once a year and you never see a bug. They are very reasonable.
