+ -1 moreI am ready to change propane providers to a company that wants my business.
Description of Work: Countryside Propane has for two years been my propane provider for home appliances (water heater, stove, fireplace, washer/dryer). I have received their message loud and clear that they discourage and inconvenience residential customers. They were to deliver propane gas regularly per schedule so we would never run our of propane. We have run out twice and the like to charge $150 delivery fee whenever they let me run out of propane. Also, they do not relight pilot lights without charging an additional service fee.

+ -1 moreWE WERE TOTALLY IGNORANT IN THE AREA OF PROPANE GAS. WE ONLY KNEW THAT OUR SPA HEATER OPERATED ON PROPANE AND HAD NO IDEA OF WHERE TO START. WE DROVE TO PLANT CITY, SIGNED UP WITH COUNTRY SIDE, LEFT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE HEATER AND THE PROPANE REQUIREMENTS.
