P.S We work closely with the United food bank of Plant City at this location so on the day of your service if you have food you'd like to donate we'd love to take it for you to them on our Food Bank Fridays! Also some of the furniture we pick up as "Junk" we donate as much as possible and some of it helps us in collaboration with the Food Bank to help homeless people and families in the community to be furnished as they back on their feet!

When I called the company I was ensured they followed CDC guidelines, I requested they wear masks, and booties. I was assured they followed all CDC guidelines. They arrived at my home at 830am with no masks, booties, they told me they are not required to wear mask? They said there was nothing on the order that it was requested. They managed to find 2 masks in their truck. I am a senior, until all are tested I have to make the assumption everyone is asymptomatic. Younger people socialize more than seniors. I needed the job done. They did a good job, no complaints. They where very nice young men. No complaints. However with the pandemic and seniors being the most infected this company needs to follow CDC guidelines. I had to keep watch of everything they touch so I could sanitize after they left. Because of this I wouldnt hire them again, it was too stressful. They need to make it easier for all customers by following the guidelines.

Alex and Jose were awesome! They came in the promised time frame and they called when they were on their way. They had the items I wanted removed loaded up in a quick and efficient manner. Great guys with great service!

They were running behind schedule , but kept me informed on when they would be here. Once they got to my house both men were very friendly and did a quick, efficient job. Would hire again.

Overall the service was great. Didn't specify gym equipment when I made the reservation but Nick B. and Sterling obliged and took it for a small additional cost. Had a minor issue with team member who was trying to take my card payment so I ended up paying with check instead. Card info was just entered incorrectly.

Great! The H.U.N.K.S arrived five minutes prior and gave me a call 30 minutes ahead of time stating that they were on the way. I originally needed just a move, but when I realized I probably wouldn't have as much space as I thought, they reminded me that they do junk removal/donations as well! They hauled off my items and sent me a donation receipt for proof! Would definitely recommend and use again!

The guys were really nice and cordial. They arrived right on time and worked like little robots. They were done in such a quick pace. Then they proceeded to sweep my entire garage.

Movers were prompt and courteous. My move was a challenge for them as I have several heavy and/or glass pieces. They did not have equipment to move one heavy piece properly and also had no mattress protection covers. They did some damage to wood flooring and broke a glass shelf. I felt they needed more training.

Scheduled for 9am, The owner called me the morning of the move and told me that they had to fire some of the movers so he was working to get me a replacement crew, with extra people to speed up the process. The crew started showing after 12, coming from another job and were friendly and had good attitudes. The rest of the crew showed later and they hammered the job out in less time than quoted. The cost was still the same though because I had to pay for the extra guys. The main concern was that they scratched our brand new floors from sliding heavy furniture across them. The owner was very responsive though and sent out an independent contractor to work on them. The scratches are still visible but less so now. I would recommend these guys on value, I would just recommend watching them carefully and speaking up to avoid damage.
