I was at work, they did the job, nothing exciting to report (which is a good thing)

. Our large family had some serious issues due to termite damage .  Central Florida Construction inspected the structure and discussed all the options, pricing, expectations of time frame to complete the project. We agreed on a total renovation .  The level of professionalism , detail and quality of contruction was excellent.  The disruption to the household and our daily activities were at a minimum.   We had daily communication from the owner or a supervisor on the progress and expectations of the project.  Our room is beautiful and we are enjoying it.  Would recomend Central Florida Construction .  Great Job!!!!!

FIRST, WE HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS ROOFING COMPANY UNTIL OUR SON GAVE US THEIR PHONE NUMBER. OUR SON WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CREW WHEN THEY WERE WORKING ON HIS NEIGHBORS ROOF AND THE OWNER, JIMMY CARAPEZZA, CAME OVER AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO OUR SON AND GAVE HIM A BUSINESS CARD. WE CALLED AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF TALKING TO ANNIE WHO IS SO VERY NICE. SHE SET US UP WITH AN APPOINTMENT, WHICH BY NOW IS OUR 4TH WITH ROOFING COMPANIES. THE FIRST ONE NEVER EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH AN ESTIMATE, WE RECEIVED E-MAILS SEVERAL DAYS LATER FROM THE OTHER TWO. JIMMY CAME OUT QUICKLY AND TO OUR SURPRISE, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES AFTER MEASURING. WE HAD A REAL CONNECTION WITH JIMMY AND WE FELT VERY SECURE IN GIVING HIM THE JOB. HIS CREW STARTED THE JOB AT 7:00 A.M. ON MONDAY AND WAS FINISHED IN 3 DAYS. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKERS AND ALL WERE VERY NICE MEN. WE WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN, IF NEEDED.

We have utilized this company several times and have been very pleased every time. From a new roof several years ago, a whole house remodel a few months ago on a rental property, to a bath remodel just this month. Each time they have been responsive, professional and did everything they said they would do. Even on a couple of occasions we had started projects with other companies or a handy man and had to call Central Florida to bail us out when those jobs ran into trouble.

The work was great and we haven't had any problems. They did what was expected and stayed within the budget. They were quick and easy to deal with. They came back afterwards to make sure that everything was okay. They stood behind their work and we would use them again.
