We had issues from day one. Late start date. Wouldn’t show up to work and when they did it might be for two to four hours of work at a time, in the first fifteen days they worked a total of 16 hours and there was no rain. We was told it would be finished 8-10 days from the start. Failed inspection multiple times for not following the print. Paid $1500 up front for plans and drawings, to find out that they used an existing print for one of their past jobs. So I paid for something that wasn’t ours and they still didn’t follow the print. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone that wants an enclosed building. Big Rick is very rude likes calling you names, swearing at you and also likes to threaten to put a stop build or a lien on your property if you confront him on their work. The concrete floor was another fail. It was poorly prepped and within two weeks it had a 14 foot crack and a 11 foot crack, when mentioned this to them a comment was it is Florida and the other comment made that was funny is some people like the cracks because it makes it rustic looking. In the end we ended up having to spend more money fixing the issues they left us with. ((((Have about 20 photos and having problem getting them to attach, will keep trying)))
