 + -1 moreFirst of all, the entire team and Jan who made the arrangements were extremely professional and reliable. The truly worked magic and made our floors look brand new and flawless. They worked tirelessly until every problem was resolved. Additionally we were extremely concerned about the stripping chemical splattering and removing stain on our custom wood cabinets throughout the house and there were no issues in that regard. The pricing was very fair given all the many hours of work. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We hired them to strip sealant that was incorrectly applied to our travertine floors, resurface and polish approx 840 sq ft of travertine floor which was installed between several rooms including adjacent ot kitchen cabinets, bathroom floors and inside closets. The travertine floor that they repaired had the wrong sealant applied by the former contractor, which was loaded with streaks throughout, apparently from not wiping off the excess sealant, there was dirt also on top of the travertine all over which was sealed in, as well as excessive grout that was sealed in. The floor had a poor luster as well prior to Balistreri Marble restoring our floor.
