Got the quote after an in person visit. Negotiated price and arrived at a mutually agreeable figure. Work started by site prep and pouring a concrete slab. Unfortunately it rained right after pouring but the contractor stayed with it, covered it, and took all necessary measure to protect work. Two days later the screen room was erected and done on schedule and on budget.
