Just unbelievable work, fantastic, I can't come up with enough superlatives for Mike and Tyrell. Helped me also remove debris from my roof after Ian. Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike and Alex were awesome. Although they didn't find the snake.. Alex educated me on a few things, and was very patient. Turned my bathroom upside down to look for it, but didn't leave it a mess. Unbelievably nice, and considerate of me and having a disability.. I can't say enough kind things about him. They left strong glue traps out, in the event the snake comes out of a small gap that Alex wasn't able to search. He thinks that most likely the snake went down the bathroom drain. Mike, who I believe was the person I spoke with on the phone, is very professional, and nice. He got Alex out to me asap, literally in an hour from my time of call. Mike is the type of guy I could see myself talking to about just about anything, he's just easy going, easy to talk to, and felt like a friend, even upon my first call with him. Glad I found this company, will keep them in my contacts if I encounter another problem!

They were easy to work with and quick to respond.

They found several areas where the animals were entering the attic and sealed/closed all entry ways. They also put traps after the sealing work, to catch any animals that might still be in the attic, after the sealing work was completed. They will be returning next week to check the traps as follow up I was very pleased with their quick response and with the work they did for me!!

Mike was very knowledgeable. Work was done to accommodate my schedule and the opossum is gone.

Mike is a true professional. He responded quickly, and was meticulous in detail. He took great care to make his work blend in with the roof. First, Mike installed valves at main access points so that bats could exit but not re-enter. He installed foam at minor access points. After several days, Mike removed the valves and foamed the main access points closed. Several days later, after the foam had cured, Mike trimmed it and covered the foam with mortar which matched the tiles. Highly satisfied.

Paul was awesome. He did a great job. I had 5 opening that needed to be repaired and he did a fabulous job. It looks great. They were priced fairly and worked hard to please me. I would definitely hire them again. Took care of my problem where other companies had failed me.

When Mike Spanola, the owner answered me I had already spent over $400 dollars on another animal removal company and the smell in my house was unbearable. The other company was going to run the cost of digging a ditch through my insurance, probably a scam. Angel and Seiko, came over and immediately said they could get under the house if the gas line was moved. After living with dead animal smell for days to say I was elated is an understatement. Then they decided to see if Seiko could fit as it was. The opossum had been under my house for a week, you can barely move with the plumbing...I don’t want to think about the insects he had to deal with. I’m amazed Seiko was willing to try, and since the opossum carcass was caught in plumbing it took time. I don’t think there are many technicians that would try that. It also cost less than the other company that didn’t even try to get under the house. A huge thank you to Angel and Seiko for saving me. Exceptional service, knowledge, professionalism, cost, etc. If it’s possible to catch or get a dead animal out this company will do it.

If your situation is anything like mine was, then you’re reading this review because you just heard ‘something’ on the roof and you need to find a reliable person to get rid of it in a hurry before it does who-knows-what kind of damage. If that sounds like you, then stop reading and call Mike at All Pro Wildlife right away (and then come back and finish reading this review). Late on a Sunday night we heard a noise on the roof. I went outside to have a look and noticed that the soffit above the front door had been pried open. Our roof is brand new, so I knew the damage had just happened. A squirrel couldn’t bend metal like this, and our neighbor’s Irish Setter doesn’t climb on the roof, so the likely suspect was a raccoon. The following morning I left Mike a voice mail at about 8:00. He called me back within 15 minutes. After hearing my description he felt that it was a raccoon. Mike explained what he planned to do and gave me a price up-front. No tricks, no add-ons. Within three hours of our phone call Mike had already placed traps on my roof. It turns out that the raccoon was already out of the house and we ended up catching it when it tried to get back inside. Once Mike had humanely trapped the animal he (Mike, not the raccoon) repaired the damage to the soffit as well as a spot in the back of the house that the roofer had failed to properly secure. The repair to the soffit looks so thorough that the next raccoon is going to need a hacksaw and a blowtorch if it wants to get inside. Mike and his staff were polite, professional, and punctual. Naturally, I hope I don’t need wildlife removal again, but I would not hesitate to call Mike at All Pro Wildlife.

I left a message for All Pro Wildlife at 4am when I heard "something" in my attic. Josh called me at 8am and Tyler arrived at my front door shortly after. Tyler has been nothing short of totally professional; on time, polite, thorough, thoughtful, and persistent with trying to locate the smell after the trapping of the one rat who decided he wanted to live in my attic. I never want a rodent problem again, but if I do, there will be no hesitation in calling All Pro Wildlife. Thanks so much Tyler for being so diligent and doing your very best to make my home rodent free again.

All things seem to be good. No more noises & sealed off access point. They will let me call if I think its back. Punctuality was not easy to control because traffic & critters can't be predicted.

The person left 2 traps, monitored them as needed, and removed the animals within 24 hours even on a holiday weekend. The price was known upfront with no hidden details later. Three wild animals , including 2 armadillos, were trapped.

I called All Pro on a Friday night at 8 and Mike answered immediately. He asked my availability for Saturday and an appointment was set up for 9AM. He was punctual and showed up at 8:55 and went to work inspecting the attic. There was evidence of rats having been there. He was a wealth of information and discussed all options with me. We decided to have him do the work. Mike and Terell set traps in the attic. They came back several times to check on the traps then went around the outside of the house sealing all possible entries to prevent any and all critters from getting inside. After several days the traps were removed all gable end were sealed with hard ware cloth so nothing could chew their way in. Next a special spray was applied inside the attic to kill any odor etc. Both Mike and Terell were extremely efficient, professional, informative, pleasant and courteous. Without hesitation I would use again but hope we are done with uninvited critter guests.

Michael & Terrell communicated with me as to time of arrival and were punctual. They showed me where the squirrels were getting in & how to fix it. I agreed to what needed to be done. All possible openings were sealed with a hardening substance & hard wire. A one way extraction door was installed to allow any squirrel out, but not back in. The squirrel in the wall was located & removed. They came back today & removed the door & sealed the opening. Michael & Terrell were acknowledgeable, polite, & always on time.

Had a very positive and professional experience with All Pro Wildlife owner, Mike Spanola and technician, Angel Sanchez. I contacted the company early morning about a rodent inspection and Mike scheduled me for an inspection the same afternoon. Angel and his assistant arrived on schedule, conducted a very professional, thorough and informative inspection. No rodent activity was found and no charge assessed since the company provides no cost inspections. I would highly recommend the All Pro Wildlife team for any future animal or rodent needs. Angel was a godsend, he immediately found the rodent issue that 4 other companies were not able to!

We are selling our home and when the inspection report came back we found our that squirrels had made a home inside our attic/roof. Mike came out and explained the process of the humane removal of the squirrels. He is a total pro and all squirrels are gone and unharmed.

Raccoon trapped and released.

I had a possum that took up residence under my wood deck. I called at 8pm and mike answered. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and within 30 minutes of showing up they had the possum and 7 little babies. The tech gave me some tips on sealing up the deck so it wouldn't happen again and that was that. They are very prompt, professional, and cordial.

We met with several companies who tried to sell us an array of services costing a fortune. All Pro Wildlife was honest from the first phone call. Cisco is our technician, and he is courteous, honest and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. Problem solved and I would call them back if I needed other services that they offer.

Cisco Santiago came to my home promptly, discovered that it was a flying squirrel and removed it within minutes. He explained a bit about flying squirrels to me and gave me suggestions as to what to do to prevent this from happening again.
