I've used them for years. I've used them every time anything goes wrong. I call them and they come immediately. They installed the unit for my whole house when I redid my house seven years ago then they service it once a year. I like their professionalism. The wife usually answers and the workers are usually the son or the husband. If you tell them it's an emergency like you don't have heat or air.....like one time they will miss a class reunion and I got two units, one unit upstairs and one downstairs, they said they will take me down for tomorrow morning and I said it was an emergency situation....they'd come. They got more than one truck. It's a small company but it's big enough that they can take care of their clients. They are reasonable.

They didn't follow up very well on one item. I have a major air handler in the garage to my house. It needs filters for it, every 6 months or so. He asked if I wanted that and was going to order the filter for me. A few weeks went by, and he called me back, asking for a serial # for the filter, so he could order it. By that time, it was later in the evening. We ended up ordering it over the phone. I think they're a good company and I would use them again. The gentleman paid excellent attention to my units. He was very thorough and I sure got my money's worth. Everything else was superb!

He is very good. He is very pleasant. He answered all my questions.

My AC went out on a Sunday. He arrived promptly (within the hour) and made the diagnosis and repair quickly. I have called him in the past for both major repairs and minor ones (although anytime the AC goes out in Florida in the summer it's a big deal). He is always honest and does not try to make small repairs into big ones! He is polite and always explains things in detail. The reason it cost $98 was the Sunday service call charge, well worth not having to wait til Monday! I highly recommend him.
