I cannot believe how inconsiderate this person is of another's time. I had to travel to pick up my camper to bring to my deed restricted location so we would have power. I waited all day and had to call him twice to find out how incompetent they are. I chose this contractor over others on Angie's List because of their rating...this is unacceptable service.
I called a few days earlier from another city & campground and told them when I would arrive in their area a few days later. They told me they would call the morning after I was to arrive to check if I was there and get the campground site number etc. They called promptly that morning and scheduled a time that would work for me. Hoke and Keith arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They corrected a problem with the thermostat and quickly got everything working. They wrote down the numbers from the unit in case other parts would be needed and said they would return without an additional service charge if the problem happened again. The office person I spoke with was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing repair work on an RV.
