JIM'S COMPLETE LAWN SVC

He has been doing my lawn ever since I wasn’t able to do it myself. I’m quite happy with his price and the work he does. I’m under contract with him. He is reasonable as anybody. Our area here in Florida, you’ll notice that there’s a thousand people mowing grass. I pay him annually for weed control. He trims the bushes I have. He mows every week during period like from May 12 to October and then he backs off for like every three weeks in the wintertime but we don’t need it. I’ve been using him for a year now but I haven’t had any problem with him at all. They are here weekly if I have anything special done like if I ask them to trim trees or anything. He is here the day he called me in the morning. He says they’d be here at 10 o’clock; they are here at 10 o’clock. When they told me they are going to be here, they are here. They don’t have to tell me on a weekly mowing and stuff like I went to visit my wife and when I came back, they lawn was all mowed. They are doing it quite well from my understanding.
