Frank responded to our request within a half hour of posting and the job-installing 2 patio door room darkening blinds - was completed 48 hours later. No muss - no fuss. Very professional. We would recommend him highly.

Frank was spectacular. He reached out to me on a weekend, about an hour after I posted my request to replace a set of vertical blinds. I didn t expect such a quick response. He was very knowledgeable, came to my home and brought his huge bag of samples , while respecting social distancing. We were so impressed with him and his samples, we decided to replace all the verticals in our home, as well. After my wife and I came to an agreement on what styles of vertical blinds we wanted, Frank gave us a ball park timeline of about 2 weeks from installation. He really under promised and over delivered on this - to my surprise, later that week, Frank called informing me all the materials were in stock and he could complete the installation later that day. We now have 4 sets of new verticals that look beautiful. Thank you Frank! I highly recommend working with him.

Company does good work and are prompt. The installer was pleasant and informative. But I was completely dismayed that the service man's vehicle had a political sticker on it which was a turnoff for me. Had I seen it when he first came I would not have chosen his company. He has a right to display the sticker but in business, he ought be more cognizant of his customer's various political sensitivities and keep his politics to himself when working in the community.
