Fantastic. I did mot want mega money to repair a laptop that need to get child through last year if high school. Turned out to be a minor repair/problem and even optimized it to run better and replaced some missing screws. Mr. Reid also gave recommendations.of computers to look at for college years. Highly recommend and will use.again.

Andy is as nice as he can be.  He is very patient and thorough.  He is quick as lightning interacting with the computer.  In summary he knows everything there is to know about computers and doesn't try to oversell you anything to make a profit.  The new computer was very reasonably priced and everything works perfectly.  I will be back in touch with him for any of my computer needs.
