very well,they did a great job of getting rid of the pepper tree and even sprayed trunk sticking out of wall so it wont grow back.Workers even went down into water to do the job

They have the right equipment and take safety measures which I think is important when doing the tree.

The service was great. The tree removal team arrived 30 minutes early. They worked with the neighbor to safely move their cars out of the way. They brought a bucket truck and debris removal truck with attached debris scoop(?). They had all three trees down and debris cleared within an hour. However they did not use any shortcuts and carefully worked around the neighbor's incoming cable and power lines. I plan on using them again.

They had very little access to my back yard in which to get in and out of. They did an excellent job of safely removing the limbs then the massive trunk and finally grinding the stump. They were very knowledgeable of all aspects of doing the job. I would highly recommend them to others.

Triangle tree service returned my call even though I didn't leave an initial message. They were happy to schedule time for a small job and came promptly and had everything cleaned up and hauled away in about 45 minutes.

The crew did an excellent job.

Ken Jr and Sr are both professionals that know the business of tree trimming. They did what I asked and did it well. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

I was scheduled quickly, they were professional, on-time, thorough, and cleaned up. They kept checking in with me to see if they were cutting the trees to my requirements and were flexible enough to make changes on the fly. Nothing was damaged, which is a big plus! They performed everything I requested. Exceptional trimming/pruning of oak trees.

My original date had to be changed, due to some heavy rains we had last week. I was very impressed with the complete process. Ken and his crew arrived on time, and wasted no time in getting straight to the job. Their work was like watching a surgery taking place. All precision cuts, so the large limbs were totally under control from cut to ground. I would like to include a video here of the final topping cut they made, and how precise it was. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the company.  They arrived on time, had to remove part of front fence to get equipment in back yard which they replaced when leaving.  They also had to remove a small section of my neighbors fence in the back of the property where the tree was, needed to get into her yard as well.  All the guys where very nice and professional.  Clean-up was thorough, the fence was replaced. Was interesting to watch this group of professionals since they had to work around power lines. Thanks Triangle Tree Service for a job well done!

They didn't call to reschedule or even come to the appointment. I found this to be very irresponsible, I have a busy schedule also and could have run some errands now it is 4:30 and to late

I have used Triangle Tree Service for many years.  This is a family owned and operated business with family traits of being personable and wanting to do an honest job.  Be sure when you initially contract any tree service that you and the estimator specifically know what is expected and exactly what is to be done.  Ken Johnson, jr , the owner's son, and I walked the entire yard to make sure that we were on the same page as what I was contracting to be completed.  Ken made specific notes of which trees were to be trimmed.  Triangle is licensed and bonded; you might be able to find a tree service that costs less but you will not have an Arborist that is licensed and bonded.  A stray tree limb through the roof isn't worth the chance of saving a few dollars....use a bona fide Arborist that is insured.
The contracted job was done correctly and on time, plus they cleaned up the mess and hauled it all away.  It doesn't get better than that !  Thank you Triangle Tree Service; they deserve an A+ rating.  I recommend their service and will use them again.

The estimate they gave was in mid April and I thought the price was reasonable.  It included a coupon from Angie's List.  The estimate was to prune 3 sable palms, 1 Queen palm and 1 triangle palm; to remove deadwood and prune sucker growth on 2 camphor trees and 1 oak tree; plus grind 1 stump, and remove all debris.  They also pruned 1 foxtail palm at no charge.  At the time of the estimate, when I asked them to go ahead and do the work, I told them I wasn't in a great hurry.  The trees weren't in horrible shape, I just wanted it done before hurricane season.  Then when they did try to schedule I was out of town so it ended up taking about 2 months from the time of the estimate to when they did the work.  That was a little longer than I planned when I said I wasn't in a hurry, but was okay.  I was extremely pleased with the work they did, it looks very professional.  The trees look great and they cleaned up every bit of debris.  They also removed most of the Spanish moss from one tree in the back that had just started getting the moss from a neighbor's tree.  That was a real bonus to have that removed.  I highly recommend them.

Wow! What an amazing deal! I can't say enough good things about Triangle. They really stuck by the estimate that they provided to us a few weeks ago and took care of everything we agreed to. They were prompt, hard-working, and professional. They did an amazing job clearing out the overgrown backyard to a house we recently purchased. They ground down the stumps to the trees they took down so thoroughly. My husband and I are incredibly pleased with the work they did for us and would definitely use them again.

I like that they were prompt, courteous and they did a good job.

Ken, owner of Triangle Tree Service..., was contracted to remove a rather large Laurel Oak tree in my front yard. He offered a price that was well below everyone else I called. We did have a bit of misunderstanding about the purpose of the tree removal, a pending circular driveway installation, so he didn't realize how much of the stump and surrounding roots needed to be removed. However, I think this was my fault. In any case, I needed him to return before the concrete truck arrived on Monday. He was already involved in another job out of town and had no availability except for Sunday. He came on Sunday and finished the stump and surrounding root removal. This was much more than I think he originally planned. I gave him an extra $200, which he reluctantly accepted, for the stellar customer service. He had a great attitude about the job despite the misunderstanding on my part and kept saying he just wanted to make sure I was happy. Super nice guy and put up with me quite well.

My wife and I were very pleased with the tree pruning provided by Triangle Tree Service.  We had one large live oak tree with branches touching the roof of our house as well as a powerline along the street.  The other oak is in a corner of our lot and just needed pruned.  I called the company and a representative arrived promptly to write an estimate (which was lower in cost than I expected).  The tree pruning crew arrive as scheduled and brought all the right equipment - a cherry picker for branches high up in the 40 foot tree and a mulcher.  Afterwards, they cleaned up the yard as well as the street.  They even cut some of the oak wood into fireplace sized pieces.

This was the second time that we have used Triangle Tree service and the services have been excellant. They are very reliable and efficient. They are very careful and leave the yard completely clean. Most of all they provide expert advice on how to trim the trees with the health of the tree being considered. We want the trees to last a long time and continue to be beautiful. 
    I highly recommend then for any tree work.

Outstanding!  Ken and his crew arrived on time and proceded in a very workmanship manner.  They were very respectful of the property and surrounding area.  Very efficient in the way they worked and had good equipment to perform the job.  Ken also performed a couple more tasks related to the job that I forgot  to mention to Ken.  After the work was finished, they cleaned up completely by raking the area and blowing off the concrete area around where they worked.  
I was so impressed with Triangle Tree Service that I have given them another tree job for next week.  I recommend them highly and I can't see how anyone can go wrong using them.    

Following my call they came out within a day and provided detailed
written quote.  They showed up on day/time promised with newer  very
good equipment.  The tree was removed quickly and they cleaned up the
entire area with no issues.  The owner Ken was on site and actually
performed a lot of the work.   I obtained several quotes and Triangle
was the best price by far.  I am very satisfied with the service and have
already arranged for additional tree services.  I have dealt with several tree
companies in the past and this by far was my best experience.  Triangle
appears to be a very professional company. 

Called 'em up.  Got a quote quickly.  Once I approved the quote they were out there within a day or two. It was as quick as I could allow them access.  It was more expensive than other quotes, however, since they had the highest rating on Angie's list I picked them anyway.  Quite honestly, the +-5% in cost VS 0 headache... I'll pick the 0 headache any day of the week.  And that's what I got, very quick response time, performed their job with professionalism and efficiency.  And Best of all... 0 headache.
Most definitely will use them again... in fact, I'm about to call them to cut down a couple more trees behind another property of mine.
