Carl provided a detailed explanation of what the scope of work included during his estimate visit. He completed the prep work on the first day and installed the bamboo flooring (740 sq ft) on the second day.  He was very professional, showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards.  It's obvious that Carl knows what he's doing - the finished product proves that.  I'm very happy with the work that he did and will use him for another project I'm starting in the near future. 

It all went well. Communication was excellent and Carl even called another client to switch days, because I had company.

Carl was very professional and I have received compliments from friends and neighbors on how great the floor looks.

My husband and I attempted to lay a Pergo floor in our spare room. Half finished we ran into problems, so I called The Wood Floor Doctor after reading reviews on Angieslist.
Carl responded right away. I sent him pictures on my cell phone and he quoted me on the spot. He came out that evening to see the room, and give me a list of items he needed to complete the work. I was happy to purchase the trim myself from Lowes.
He came the next morning and finished the floor, installed the quarter round, and base molding. He also added trim molding around a door.
My husband and I are so pleased. The room looks beautiful and was ready for our guest on Easter.
I would strongly recommend Carl. He is professional, pleasant to work with and does a wonderful job.

I received a written estimate and a list of materials I would need to complete the project. I had purchased the laminate prior to finding installation services. The estimate and materials list required a small nonrefundable deposit towards the installation. This was totally worth the information from an expert. The project was started and completed on time and exceeded my expectations.

I understood the options and cost for each choice. I am certain that I made the best decision to use a locally owned and operated company. I would suggest anyone considering wood and/or laminate flooring get the advice and skills of a seasoned professional.
