I would not give this place one star!!!! Simon may be the most rude person to ever deal with. He is the owner of the delivery company so he says but in his words “double dips” In the company as well. They were unable to get a couch into my house so it had to be taken back. Not to mention I paid for full service delivery and he asked my husband to help him. That’s not what I paid for. I then asked for my 39.00 back which was a down payment on the couch. Simon hung up on me I then went down there to speak with someone else today. I go In and ask for someone else and the kid goes and gets the manager (Joe) who was the guy sleeping on a bed in the show room. Wow!!! He then let Simon take over and yet Joe says he is the manager. Who the **** is in charge bc it’s seems as if double dipper Simon is. I would never purchase anything from this company!!! It’s a mess. They also deliver your furniture on a little flat bed trailer behind a U haul truck. That’s a great way to have a 1,000 couch delivered to you.

A week after buying the chair it stopped working properly.  It wouldn't close completely from the reclining position.  I called and explained the problem to George Senior and he told me to bring the chair back and get a replacement.  After hiring someone to help me get the recliner back to the store per my telephone conversation with George Sr., the chair (like an automobile) didn't display the problem I was having with it.  I was told that they wouldn't take it back unless they could see it not working.  George Jr. suggested that I take a video of the chair not working, which I thought was disrespectful and lacking in quality customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

George showed us many different models and had us test them all. He provided us with an excellant memory foam mattress and adjustable bed and delivered it and set it up as promised. Sleeping in clouds and comfort now. Price was way below the competition.
