Everything was done as expected. The outdoor valve was one I had purchased at Home Depot. After Kevin installed it, and turned on the water, the valve was defective and leaking. He had a (better one) in his truck, so he had to take the one off and re-install the one he supplied. So, this exceeded expectations.
