Everything went well. Met with Ron, who was very professional and friendly. Dropped off the car on a Monday and picked up on a Thursday afternoon, Car looks great, clean and prompt pick up.

Flawless! They did a perfect job. The car is a 2006 Lexus ES and the car now looks brand new. They even detailed the interior which was not expected. The blend of paint with the areas that weren't painted was perfect. It was a first class operation. The facility was very clean and organized. Very professional attention given. I shopped through about ten auto body shops before deciding to go with Superior Auto Body and I know I made the right decision. The price was not the lowest, but it was reasonable.

Job took 6 weeks, expected 4. Apparently problems getting parts. Work was very nicely done, some phone calls weren't returned, costly repair. They work on a lot of high-end cars, would use them again if major body work required.

I visited and inspected several recommended auto body shops without finding one I felt confident could perform this type of repair. Both, Ron (owner) and Eddie, explained exactly how they would do the work. They communicated clearly with me during the process and invited me to inspect the work along the way. Additionally, Eddie performed some masterful fiberglass fabrication in an area where needed. Fitting of these major panels to each other and the adjacent pales was excellent as was the finish body work and painting and color match. No over-spray or harm to interior, glass, chrome etc. There were many high-end cars, Ferrari, Rolls, Porsche etc in the shop, and I met several long-time customers while I was there. My experience: Superior was honest, did what they said, and did unusually good work.

Very well, Scott took a lot of time with me to explain and show me what they did. They took the seats, etc. out and checked to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Scott also disconnected the battery and reset the codes.

I've used Superior Auto Body (SAB) in the past. They've been in business since 1967 and are known for their high quality of work. My 2001 Saab 9-3SE had some rear quarter panel damage from a parking lot accident. I took my vehicle in for an estimate and to decide if I wanted to file with my insurance company. The estimate far exceeded my deductible of $500, so I decided to file for insurance. SAB told me the repair would take approximately 5 business days to complete. I dropped the car off at 8 AM on Monday morning. They have an arrangement with a car rental company, so I was able to get my rental right at their shop. Drop off was hassle-free. I did not hear back from SAB, so I called them early the following week, which was a holiday week (Dec. 25, 2008). They indicated that the vehicle was going into paint soon. They finally called me on Friday (approximately 8 business days into the repair). I picked up the vehicle and dropped off the rental with them. My vehicle looked better than when I dropped it off. They did a complete outside and inside cleaning. The repair was perfect.

Very well, spoke with Kazz on 8/6/07 and he said it would take 4 dys - spoke to him again Tues afternoon and he said it would be ready Thurs - 4 dys just like he said. However, when I picked it up, I had small pieces of paper with names/addresses in cup holder - couldn't find them. Looked in back seats, glovebox, everywhere. Well, guess what??? Turned out they vacuumed them out!!! I'm a little upset about that. 6 weeks later, the driver side door that they replaced squeaks when I close it. The squeaking has stopped, but the back passenger door on the drivers side gets stuck. You can’t get out of that door. Other than the vacuumed papers, my experience with Superior Auto Body was almost perfect!
