CONTACTED HIM IN THE MORNING. HE WANTED TO COME OVER AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE IN THE AFTERNOON. I INFORMED HIM THAT THE PROPERTY IS FENCED IN AND THE GATE IS LOCKED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD KEEP ME INFORMED AS TO HIS ETA. I DIDN'T GET AN ETA CALL BUT FIGURED I WOULD HEAD OVER AND UNLOCK IT. ON THE WAY OVER TO UNLOCK THE GATE HE CALLS TELLING ME HE COULDN'T GET INTO THE PROPERTY. HE WAS SURPRISED WHEN I INFORMED HIM I WOULDN'T BE REQUIRING HIS SERVICES.

As a contractor I have worked with numerous other commercial cleaning companies. some were better than others, but few measured up to Sterling. They demonstrated their abilities to get the job done. their workers were competent, knowledgeable and Eager to work.
