The Fridge was badly scratched on one side and a freezer shelf was missing. The scratch was obscured in the shop. We did not notice it until it was delivered. We told the delivery man we'd accept it but we needed Randy's to provide us teh freezer shelf. We went back to the shop several times and made multiple phone calls. We were told the owner would call us, he never did. We were told we had a 30 day warranty. When we finally said "take it back and refund our money" we were told they would not do that. They did get us a shelf but it did not fit. When we returned the shelf, they refused to find us a proper shelf. Randy's is a horrible place to do business with. They do not keep their word, sell shoddy merchandise and then stonewall you when you ask for satisfaction. Avoid this business
