They came out and started the job, we went ahead and paid them, they were suppose to come back out Tuesday or Wednesday to finish the job, and never showed up. I called them, they promised someone would come out today, no one came, I called them again when I got off of work, no answer, then I finally got ahold of someone and she said she was waiting on them to let her know what time they would be out, because they were squeezing her in. Now it is 6:00 and noone has shown up, and now no one is answering the phone either.

They come out once a month for services. If there are any problems, they will come out again. Their chemicals are all natural and safe for pets. They are very good.
