We thought we had to replace the whole lock but he recommended a lesser degree of work for less money. He showed us that the lock was just missing a clip.

Fantastic! He was here for around 3-4 hours rekeying close to 2 dozen locks and did a outstanding job. Helped by commenting on some security questions, also.

We had just moved into our new home and needed some deadbolt locks installed and the existing locks rekeyed, so that we would only need one key for all the locks. Mr. Hooper explained what needed to be done and the cost to have it done. He very efficiently completed the work and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and polite.

Lock was installed GREAT but could not make the proximity cards work. Was very nervous about money and hounded me the next day even though I told him I'd be back in 24 hours from a business trip, and even though he has done work for me in the past.

"THIS JOB WAS A CUSTOM ORDER FROM FACTORY 6 TO 10 WEEKS. I SPENT 3 HOURS WITH CUSTOMER AND MY SUPPLIER TO FIND THIS CUSTOM ORDER LOCK FOR CUSTOMER. PROGRAMMING THE LOCK IS EASY BUT CUSTOMER WANTED AUDIT TRAIL SO YOU HAVE TO BUY COMPUTER SOFTWARE. I TOLD CUSTOMER BEFORE ORDERING LOCK THAT I AM NOT GOOD WITH COMPUTERS. NO PROBLEM HE SAID JUST GET IT. ALL FACTORY ORDERS ARE 50% DOWN AND 50% AT COMPLETION OF JOB. I CANNOT RETURN A CUSTOM FACTORY ORDER. I DID NOT CHARGE HIM ANYTHING DOWN, JUST WANTED TO GET PAID WHEN JOB WAS DONE $2,500.00. HE WOULD NOT PAY WHEN JOB WAS DONE EVEN THOUGH HE OWN'S COMPANY. TOLD ME TO COME IN THE MORNING. I CAME IN THE MORNING. HE'S DRIVING OFF AND TELLS ME HE IS LEAVING TOWN AND I AM GONNA HAVE TO WAIT. I SAID I NEED THE $2,500 NOW. HE GETS MAD ,CALLS HIS SECRETARY AND I GET MY CHECK AND I LOSE THE ACCOUNT. WHAT CAN I SAY."

I called Pro-Lock at 7 am and left a message on voicemail. Karl called back within 15 minutes, and was at my house within an hour. He rekeyed 5 doors to a new single key and 2 other doors to a separate key, and made several copies of the keys. Karl responded quickly and did his job. He was professional, but he did his work with a smile. He was in and out of the house in under an hour and a half. He also made some helpful suggestions for better security. I would call Karl again without hesitation.

HE MADE A MOBILE CALL AND THE CHARGE WAS GREAT! HE WAS LESS THAN EVERYONE ELSE. HE WAS ON TIME AND WAS DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!
