They promised- stem wall coverage. Fixing anything small after it was finished, job completed in 2-3 days . Delivered partial coverage for the stem wall, the house was unlivable 14 days after installation because of the unbearable smell ( this could have been because they had to reinstall because the original floor was stripy, but 14 days should have been enough for that. Where it is left - there are some indentations in the floor - i replaced the sink and the four legs spots needs to be covered that was specifically promised. I held back $200 for these. The owners message is to me - “he will fix it after i pay the remaining $200. Not trustwordy.

It went very well. The guys who did the work were prompt and the end result is just gorgeous! Really a great looking product that should last many years. My one and only compliant, is that this was not inexpensive and the man who came here, showed me the product and took my order and money, never ever called to follow up with me, to see if I was happy with the job, had any concerns, etc. I found it strange that he never called in that regard, said thank you for your order, no follow up what so ever. Any "good" sales rep should do that.

Unfortunately, we have epoxy floor in our garage and the guy who owns it now bought it from another guy but it is peeling up right up 5 years and I'm really pretty angry about it. He offered to take it up and redo it all, but he was still going to charge us and I just have a problem with that. I don't know what kind of work he does and it took me a long time for him to come out. The guy was really nice but he was going to charge me all over again. When he did the flooring, he was helpful, but I felt like they should have stood more behind the warranty.

It was not great. The product was not as good as we were promised. We bought cabinets from them and they were supposed to be all solid wood and a lot of it was pressed wood. When I complained to them, they said "Sorry, that is how it comes". Some were great and beautiful. If I saw it after it was done, I would have been very happy. But I saw it while it was being installed and saw what it was made of. They are pricey.

They were good to work. They knew what they doing. The worker answered all my questions.

Mike came out to our home to provide an estimate. He arrived on time and he gave us a number of great suggestions. The installers were great and friendly. We were very pleased with the quality of work performed. We had both cabinets and shelving installed. We feel the finished product was well worth the price.

They were very efficient and on time. I will use them again. I am very pleased.

Mike (another one) was the installer. He arrived on time, spoke with me to confirm the plan, and did an excellent job installing the hanging shelves.

From start to finish, they were professional! The garage looks great!!!!!!

Installer arrived on time and was polite and professional. He was careful and cleaned up after his work. He went above and beyond by moving a shop light's position on the ceiling to allow a better installation. He even refused extra money to cover that extra.

I would recommend the product, as well as the company without hesitation. It was money well-spent. A great solution providing needed extra storage off the floor.

Estimate process straight forward. Estimator punctual. Installers were efficient and everything went smoothly.

There was a slight delay with the arrival of the racks,but that was out of the control of Park Place. They still were able to keep the installation on a Sat. The installer was very professional and polite. Clearly, he took pride in his work. Placement of the racks were precise. He even moved a light to better line up with the new racks. It really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this company. The price seemed a little high, but the quality and strength of the racks seem top of the line.

They did a wonderful job. The only problem is that they occasionally came later than expected, but they did the job on time and did it well. The garage looks wonderful. Park Place also arranged work with painters who later painted the inside of the garage.
