The price I paid last time was including medication.  They are very friendly and very welcoming.  There’s never a delay, and they almost always see me the same day when I call.  They board animals there too.

They are fantastic and my veterinarian is fabulous. It was like going to a country doctor who is very kind, really sweet, loves animals, gentle and just a really nice veterinarian. He works with a lot of older people. He has very nice staff members who have been with him for years; they all love the animals and know their names. He was wonderful and terrific. The facility is very nice as well. It has been a wonderful experience because I did not have to wait for hours when I go in; it is by appointment. I just lost a dog to cancer and they stayed with her all the way through. They even sent flowers when I had to put her to sleep. They were recommended by three different people.

My interaction with them was good. They did a very good job. Everything is good now. They did their job what they were supposed to do and the dog turned out just fine. I am sure they have to charge what they charged. Their price was reasonable. I will use them in the future if the need arises.

I have 3 cats and this is my primary vet. I have one cat that has on going problems and so I took her to a place that I thought was a cat specialty facility. They charged me a lot of money and essentially redid the same tests that my vet had done. I went back with Dr. Mac. I am very pleased with the service I receive and the helpfulness of the staff.

We have been using this vet's office for about 1 year. They are thorough and interact well with our large dogs. (5 yr old Belgian Malinois and 9 yr old Shepard/Akita mix) Wait time is minimal, communication is excellent. The only issue we have is that each time we go the price is wildly different. It got to the point where my husband demands a price estimate when we make an appointment and he still has to argue when it is time to pay for the service. First visit 6/23/10, routine exam $35, office visit (?) $5.00, liver profile (for 9 yr old) 140. Second visit 9/15/10 for 5 yr old routine exam $75, Bordetella $20, my husband had them pull up the previous visit and they reduced the exam price to $35. Third visit, Office visit $45.00, Bordetella $20.00. Last visit 12/18/10 office visit $105 (!) plus skin scraping $29 plus topical spray $36. The last visit listed the exam as comprehensive but the vet did nothing more than look at her leg and have the tech. get a scraping. We like their service but we have found a wonderful vet closer to home that charges more consistantly.

"We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We are located in pinellas park and we have reviewed our records because we noticed your address as tampa and cannot find you as our client. If you came in under a different name please let us know."

They're very good with my animals. I've been going there for a long time. My dogs are not stressed with him, they don't feel any fear from him, its like they're his animals. They're just great.
