I never see them. They never come and actually, I am thinking to cancel the contract. They don't come unless we call, complain and fight with them. Then they come out a couple of times, and then they stop coming out again. They just don't show up; but when they show up the experience is good. Then they say they will be back and they never come back. They are not responsive. I called and complained about it several times, and they don't do anything about it.
