We are very satisfied with our new shower door. The company responded to our request for an estimate promptly, and the estimator showed up at the scheduled time. He completed all the required measurements, and we submitted an order. We were told the door would be ready for installation in approximately 2 weeks. In just over 2 weeks we received a call that our shower door was ready. We scheduled a date and time for the installation. The installer and his apprentice showed up at the scheduled time, removed the old shower enclosure, and installed the new one. The process took approximately 3 hours as promised. The installers were very courteous and professional, and we are very happy with our new door. After a couple of days, we noted that there was a slight depression in one of the holes they filled where the old shower door had been attached. We called the company, and they sent someone out the same day to correct the problem. The price for the new shower enclosure was competitive, and the company was a pleasure to work with. Our project was handled by their Tampa location.

Great experience. They came out twice, once to measure and then once to install. All employees in the showroom and during the installation were polite and knowledgeable. We were very impressed by the whole process.

Our door was installed today, and it is gorgeous! Every aspect of dealing with this company has been awesome! They are helpful, professional and customer service oriented people. They manufacture their own product, and offer a wide selection of options. Their sales department is knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping us select the right door for our needs. The installation team not only did a great job, they provided written materials and verbally reviewed suggestions on the proper care and maintenance of the entire enclosure. It was a great experience from start to finish!

From start to finish they were true professionals and patiently answered all our questions. Obtained five quotes for the work and My Shower Door was the best value.  In fact they were the second lowest bidder, but will a higher quality product - 1/2 inch glass versus 3/8 inch.
The gentlemen taking the measurements was meticulous and double checked everything.  He provided a detailed drawing of the enclosure for our records.
Despite being the Christmas holidays, they delivered in less than two weeks.  The installers were excellent.  It was sheer pleasure to watch true craftsmen at work.  The were exacting in all the details ensuring perfect alignment of the glass door - all sides including the wall mount, gap between door and fixed glass piece, plus the top.  Overall an outstanding job and would highly recommend them to anyone.

MY husband and I initially met Doug from MY Shower Door at the Tampa Home Improvement Show last year.  He was very helpful.  It was a full year later when we finally made the decision to have the shower enclosure replaced.  We went to the Tampa showroom, saw Doug again, who recognized us.  Doug was very helpful and, and we contracted to have the work done soon after.
Things  went extremely well.  The whole job was completed in less than 3 hours (and it is a big enclosure.)  There was a 2 man team, and the men worked very well together.  The job was done neatly and smoothly.  The men laid tarps over the carpeted area in the bedroom that they had to walk over.  They cleaned up the shower area before they left.  They were polite and professional.  My husband and I were very pleased with the whole jobe from start to finish.  We would recommend My Shower Door to our neighbors.
