Plumbing is a service industry , and it’s going to be good customer rapport that will make or break a sale. I was contacted by Alex with Mid-Florida Plumbing and from our initial phone conversation to the completion of the job, this personable and capable young man not only executed the tricky water heater removal and replacement, but instructed me in its care and feeding, answered my questions about other funky stuff around the house, and fixed my cranky toilet. It ended up being a fun experience and I definitely recommend Alex for your plumbing needs.

I contacted Mid-Florida Plumbing & Gas later afternoon on Wednesday to get a cost estimate to replace a hot water tank. Alex answered my call and offered to stop by the following day, but I had to work and wonâ t be home until 5:30PM. Alex offered to come by after I got home, and true to his word he was waiting for me when I got home. The price offered by Mid-Florida Plumbing & Gas was fair but I had limited availability. Alex offered doing the job on Saturday. Saturday morning Alex and Owen arrived on time completed the job. I am very pleased with their work and would defiantly use this company again should I need plumbing services.
