"Customer had an original price of $799.00. We did the initial cleaning on a Thursday and the customer called us on a Monday to say he was not completely happy with the service. We only have a 24 hour guarantee for our services but I sent out my inspector to the home to see what we could do to make things better. After taking care of all the things they were not happy with, we were told that she did a great job. The things that they had her redo were things that were not priced originally but we took care of it anyway. Cusotmer also complained that the A/C unit was not working and that it was our fault. When we were cleaning the home it was very hot inside the house but I could not say it was not our fault so I discounted there cleaning another $300.00. I was told that was what it would cost to fix the problem. We did everything we could to make this cusotmer happy and after each thing was done we checked with them to make sure it was to thier satisfaction and the customer said they were happy with the results. I feel we did $799.00 worth of service for $450.00 because they also had a $50.00 coupon that I honored."

"We are sorry to hear that a customer was not satisfied with us. We tried very hard to resolve all issues, the supervisor was sent periodically to make sure customer was satisfied. At the initial estimate the customer was advised that her floors would be a challenge due to age and condition but that we would try our best. We tried several different methods and thought we had found the correct method when customer stated floors looked better. We take complaints very seriously and try to resolve any issues immediately. We are sorry we were unable to work things out with this customer."
"[Member name removed] was on an hourly basis & only wanted one hour to clean her home. When the team came back after cleaning on 2/13/13 they said that it was just too much to keep up with the cat urine in the home. It was a tough home to get anyone to want to clean. We called & informed them on 2/13/13 that we could no longer service their home due to the circumstances. We are sorry for the inconvenience!"

"We are so sorry that Member was not happy with our company. We try very hard to make sure that we are servicing our clients to the best of our ability. Obviously, she was satisfied with her cleaning, but not with the office. We work very hard to make sure our clients get the team they want and the time & day they request. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a set time for the day except for our 8:30 slot because we do not tell our ladies how long to spend at a home-we stay until the job is complete and our client is satisfied. We do try to give a two hour window of arrival and yes we do have our people call in when they arrive at a home for safety reasons. We do not pay our people on an hourly basis, so I am not sure how she knows what our people may make on her job. We do offer health insurance and pay half of their amount, we do pay car allowance and it is on a sliding scale as to what gas prices are at the time. And on top of that our people are paid extra for incentive pay each week. Member was with us since 2009 and since that time changed her schedule & days many times. Almost everytime she had the same team captain and we tried to work with her schedule. We are sorry she was unable to work with our manager and we were unable to continue to clean her home."
