I am so glad to have found this store. Max the store owner was great. Very attentive to everything i said. He looked at my computer and said would have it cleared up in 24.   I left and went home.  6 hours later, i received a call from Max that the machine was ready! i was psyched.  I stopped by the store to pick up the laptop and he gave me a sheet of all the things he performed on the computer. He showed me when the virus entered the computer. He was very informative and patient.  
I will definitely be using this place from here on out!
