Lowe's - Pinellas Park

The sales experience was fine. We just had a few problems with the refrigerator which we had them fix.We would buy from them again.

I was unhappy with the layout because I felt that they should have been a bigger cabinet on the one wall and so I got to call and text the company. On the next business day, the manager of the store called me and said that he didn't want me to be unhappy with my purchased and what could it take to make me happy and I told him, and then they ordered me a bigger cabinet. The half shelf they made it a whole shelf for me, they replaced the cabinet that I thought it was damaged with no cost. They even called and follow up to make sure that I was happy. I got good quality for the price.

They put me behind schedule.  We finally got the fence but the service was an F.  We picked the highest price one, but the price was fine and comparable.  The original quality was low.  The manager came out, and to his defense, he was clueless as to what the boneheads were doing so there was some professionalism.  He handled it better than the other ones did.  I returned some other items I bought from Lowe's because I couldn't support them.  I had a really bad experience and they had several opportunities to step up and they didn't.  Not until the final manager stepped in and he was clueless as to what was going on.  He has to clean house basically but he made it right.
