Description of Work: tom came and removed some old trim, which revealed termites. he sprayed the visible termites and then installed new trim trated w/ boron. he also reinforced the support for the area. he did agood, quality job and cleaned up completely.

 + 4 moreA perfectionist! This is my second experience with Tom Koagel and I couldn't be happier. Hanging a new storm door seemed simple enough, but the frame of the door needed to be built out to ensure a fit that met with Tom's high professional standards. I must admit that I was worried at first as this is a focal point on the front of my home. Tom took his time and when he finished, he took great care in sealing and painting everything. You would never know - and the door fits perfectly! What a difference it makes to my home. As for painting the other entrance door, he got into every nook and cranny and approached the task with great care. Honestly, had I done it, I would have painted AROUND the hardware and would have skipped most of the important steps! It was so worth it to have him do this. Tom's business card says Quality and Integrity. He most definitely stands behind these words and I will be engaging him for future remodeling projects. Hire with confidence. (Good guy, too!)
Description of Work: I purchased an Andersen storm door and needed it professionally hung. I also needed a newly installed entrance door painted.
