Contacted John's Key shop this morning and he was able to come out within thirty minutes. He evaluated the work, obtained his tools (in the rain), and covered the work area with a tarp before starting to drill. He was very friendly and professional. The area was relatively clean upon completion with a very reasonable cost. FYI - if the lever handles are not positioned correctly refer to paperwork for changing process. We were able to change the levers from the curve being down to the curve being up - much easier to access.

I could not have been happier. What a great experience. It is so nice to have found an craftsmen. He took the time to find the exact problem and repair just that not replace (and charge me for ) an entire mechanism. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why my door lock failed and what he was going to do to fix it. I also like the fact that he is a small business not some chain.
