My mom and I were desperate. We have only one bathroom. The toilet backed up and we couldn't use it. ? Randy showed up after like an hour after being called and in spite of a sore back, he and Kevin dug up a hole and completed the work in a matter of a couple of hours. We had trouble once before with that pipe and that time he came PDQ to our rescue..in the rain..and snaked the pipe.  We knew we had a problem at that time so we knew we'd be calling him back out but we didn't know how soon. I'm so glad we called Randy the first time. We knew he'd find the problem (this time) fast, which he did, and fix it. 
I want to buy that man dinner.
