Brian came out for initial estimate and gave us a much better price than we had been quoted before. He understood what we wanted and gave us a time that worked with our compressed timeline. He arrived on the stated date and on time and went to work with his crew. It went well until we got to staining our sanded floor. We had a weathered/ aged look that we wanted which was something Brian tried using a new technique but the results were not what we had in mind. We ended up using a water based / zero VOC stain and finish that looks more natural but not weathered. We are happy with the results and recommend Brian and Hardwood Flooring Specialists.
