We made a mistake and ran out of gas for our stove, fireplace and outdoor heater. This happened on a Sunday, so my husband called Monday morning and said that we needed it as soon as we could get it as we were completely out. We were told that to get it that day would cost an extra $150.00/ next day service would cost an extra $75.00, but that they guaranteed it would delivered no later than 1 week. We gambled and when we did not hear anything by that Thursday, the day before July 4th I called. The person that answered told me that we would not get it until Monday as Friday was a holiday. I told him again that we were completely out. he told me he would check to see if anything could be done and would get back to me. He did not. On Monday, July 7th, we called as, by 4:30pm, we still had not received any gas. We were told that there was an emergency and that we would not be getting any gas until the next day. It would have been great to have gotten a phone call. My husband said that "you guaranteed that it would be here by the 7th". The person that answered the phone said he would again look into it and call back. Again, no return phone call. We are definitely finding another company to work with!!
Description of Work: We had our LP gas tank filled last year and needed it to be filled again.
