This appears to be a Ma and Pa operation that I've used for 2-3 years. Jim McDannel (owner) looks over my area rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting and will only clean what needs it. Some of my carpets just show wear. From past experience, I know that other companies will clean all carpets whether they need it or not! When I needed a new area rug, he told me the pros and cons of wool versus nylon versus other materials -- but did not recommend particular companies.

Jim McDannel and Expert Carpet Cleaning have been responsible for cleaning our carpet and upholstery for more than ten years. We have the carpets cleaned twice a year and the upholstery one every 18 months or so. The price for services has always been fair with never an and quot;up or extraand quot;.
Jim is unfailingly punctual and a trained professional. He has attended (and has proof of) seminars and training classes to keep him abreast of the latest carpet construction materials and their cleaning methods.
In addition Jim will gladly advise his customers on what type of carpet will best serve their needs when it comes time to replace their present carpet.
On at least one occasion we spilled tea on the carpet he had cleaned just a month ago. Jim came out, removed the stain and further cleaned the area. There was no charge. I'm sure this was a courtesy to us as long-time customers but it reflects on the professionalism of Jim and his business.
I've recommended Expert Carpet Cleaning to several friends and neighbors and feel very comfortable doing so.

He is very professional, reliable and pleasent. He does a good job. I really like the technique he uses. It dries quickly but its not the dried powder that some places will use.

They've been in business a long time. They show up on-time and on the day scheduled. Jim McDannel, the owner, is great. It's just a nice family run business. They do a great, thorough job.
