Customer service is the worse, if you can get through to them. The woman on the phone is very rude and is no help. They kept changing the days they come out, then blamed me for changes when I said it wasn’t a good day. I was dog sitting several dogs and needed access to the yard, was very rude when I said they couldn’t do it that day and it was not on agreed upon day, they were coming several weeks early. One day they tried to leave a note on my door but I saw it before he left. He said the problem with the yard was I was over watering it, I asked him more about it because I hadn’t watered the grass in over a week . Walked out to the lawn and asked him to show me and when he looked he said he was sorry he made a mistake that it wasn’t over watering. We then talked about the weeds and he said he will spray for them now.....you mean you hadn’t? Every time they come out it’s a new person and he says he’s not familiar with my yard, he told they have a high turnover. Looking for a new lawn service, I’m not paying for rudeness.

I've only had two treatments on my lawn. Those were the only treatments I had requested. They have been coming like they were supposed to. They have been showing up on time and they give me a heads up call to let me know they will be swinging by the house. They have been very punctual and professional about things.

They have great customer service! The one time when I had an issue, they came out and addressed it quickly. My technician Tim leaves me instructions on what I can do to help keep my lawn looking top notch on every service. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have the best lawn in their neighborhood.

Not well. They were very nice and responsive for the initial consultation. Came and did 1 round of fertilization on the lawn and were to spray Jatrophas for disease. The lawn has never looked worse. After trimming back the jatrapha and obtaining new growth the disease is still present and is killing off the new growth. After calling for 3 weeks and never getting a call back. I finally spoke to Brandon who said I would get a call before they came. They were supposed to be at my home around 8am and never showed and no call. Apparently someone came when I wasn't home (specifically asked them not to do that) and said they treated my hibiscus and gardenia (which had no problems). when I spoke to the tech, Phil, he was incredibly rude. I asked to have Brandon call me ... but still no call and all the leaves are falling of my plants again. They had no problem cashing my $160 check ... but certainly have issues actually providing quality service. Do not use these people ... their customer service and service in general is below sub-par.

Employed ETM for over 2 years.  Initially they did a very good job with lawn health, appearance and weed control.  Lately not so.
Lawn had numerous areas where where grass had died and weeds had taken over the lawn.  I called their office and reported the 
unacceptable condition of the lawn. The office responded they would schedule a visit. When I didn't hear from ETM I called again.
 I was told this was a bad year for weeds and everybody had them.  I responded that my lawn had more weeds and dead grass than all my neighbors who seemed to be weed free.  They said would address the situation at the next scheduled treatment time which was a month away. I then e-mailed pictures of the terrible condition of the lawn and asked that the pictures be forwarded to the owner.  Given the condition of the lawn, I was hoping for a faster response time.  Again no response after several days so I called and asked to speak to the owner to determine whether he  had received the pictures  and was willing to take corrective action. The owner was not available and did not return my call. After not hearing from him I discontinued service with ETM the next day

Very professional and highly effective. I had previously used a competing "big name national firm" and was not satisfied. My yard looks so much better with Executive Turf Management taking care of it. Highly recommend.

Everything went well from their written free estimate, to their supplying the on-going service bi-monthly.

They do a good job and they know what they are doing. Our lawn always looks great.
