We called them to do a termite inspection on a house i am purchasing.
They were very professional and very detailed in their inspection. James
was very courteous, And even took the time to point out a roof issue he
found while in the attic. I would certainly use them again! Had a great

I know the business was family owned, but he didn't do a full job, as he only did open areas. The last time he was there, we had no problem with bugs until the day after he came.

"I have no record of treating your house for that time frame. Last service we have recorded is for Jan 2010 for 30.00 I have no record of a 35.00 service call. Also--if we did service (which I don't think we did) why not call and tell us about it? Check your receipt and see if the name is the same--there is another company with a close name as ours. We also have treated that address prior to Jan 2010 at least twice."

I've been using them for close to 30 years now. It's a family owned business. When I first got my house sprayed, the father was the owner of the house, and now his son has taken over. I had a problem with a squirrel that had gotten into my chimney and died in there. The smell was atrocious and we actually had to move out for a few weeks. They came and sprayed an odor disinfectant. I will continue to use their service in the future.
