I used this company last month for a washing machine repair and was very pleased with the work. The service tech was Mark and he arrived within the time frame promised and had the problem resolved within 20 minutes. The problem was a switch that had failed. Mark had a replacement and installed it at a fair price. This morning our dryer quit and I called Discount and requested Mark come and do the repair. He arrived within the time estimated and replaced a badly worn and broken belt. He made sure the dryer was operating and once again charged a fair price.
My wife and I are very pleased with the professionalism and the service we've received from Discount Appliance Repair and recommend them highly.
