"We’d like to take a moment to respond to this repeated complaint, which has already been thoroughly reviewed by the Better Business Bureau. After examining the details, the BBB closed the case and confirmed that there was no wrongdoing on our part and no case to answer. When he first contacted us with his concerns, we offered to return—outside of regular business hours—to address the issue promptly. However, within two days, he had already hired another plumbing company without giving us the opportunity to make things right. Even so, we still extended a substantial refund for the portion of work not completed by our team. He refused that offer and instead chose to file a BBB complaint and post multiple negative reviews across various platforms. We take pride in our work and our customer service, and we’ve made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter in good faith. Unfortunately, not every customer is willing to meet us at that same standard."
