Outstanding! Mark and his crew were on time, efficient and cleaned up. After providing a temporary fix till we could get our finances together to replace the too small system, they came back as soon as we gave them the go ahead and quickly got us up and running. July is not the best time to lose your A/C, but they made it bearable.

We only requested an estimate. It was $69 just for the estimate, which came in at $395. They were upfront about the estimate fee. But I thought the estimate itself was very high and we did not proceed further.

I wasn't happy because not that the people didn't install new ducts as they said, but I didn't need new ducts. I thought my old metal ducts were one of the reasons that I was not getting good fuel efficiency in my home, so it was quite expensive to put all new ducts in. As it turned out, the new ducts were less efficient than the old ducts. They were a synthetic product, and if I had just insulated the old metal ones, I would have been much better off, and probably had better efficiency. I ultimately had to do the insulation too, because the new ducts did not save me any efficiency. I had several places come in and said that I needed new ducts. There was just one company that said that I should insulate the old ducts, and they were correct. I can't say that the workers did a slop shop job, but they didn't do a good job as well. They did a good job with what they had to work with. The person that came in and wrote up the job was a disappointment because they didn't replace all the registries. The installers were good. They told us that we would be saving money after this kind of investment. We thought the price we were paying for gas would go down, but it went out. We called them, and they came out and checked everything. They were responsive, but they sold us a product that we didn't need. They misled us on the quality.

I had this work done through my Home Warranty Service so I don't know the actual cost. They replaced the fan motor in my air handler. Very fast diagnosis. They got the motor for me same day which was not so easy. They handled it pretty well considering the challenge. Made it look like "no sweat"! Very friendly and got my system working within a few hours. Very satisfied.

Mike was early for the appointment. He was neat and clean diagnosed the problem quickly. The pin hole was hidden in a dead space in the ceiling going into the attic. It was not an easy find but he did it. After replacing the section of condensate line He then repaired the ceiling in the closet for me. It actually looked better than it did before he started. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did to me. He started and checked the system. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way he found it before he left.

They should have known there were two computer boards. Not knowing this wasted weeks for ordering parts. This process started on May 30th. When neither boards worked, they got a new unit installed on July 16th. They did a poor job of resealing around the unit inside & outside. I now have to pay someone to finish this job so bugs don’t get into my house. I would only hire them again under certain conditions. But probably not. Too many errors. I shouldn’t have to stand & watch to make sure it is done correctly.

You are correct we should have ordered both boards then returned the one not used. Unfortunately the distributor that we ordered your parts from did not include everything in the order (they were separate items and we could not possibly store all these parts in stock). These are unforeseen problems that we do not often run into. After several trips without charge, rescheduled appointments from both parties, and attempts to repair the window unit out of warranty; you decided you to replace with a new window unit for your sun room. You personally requested the brand and BTU and unfortunately the size of the whole from the previous unit was larger than the one you requested for us to pick up from the local supply store. We have completed the window unit install to the manufacturer’s specifications and would have returned again at No Charge to repair the sealing around the unit if we were made aware of the issue. Since your service we have decided as a company to no longer service window/wall units; this seems to be more economical for both our customers and our company. We stand behind our work and thank you for the opportunity to service in your home."

They?re wonderful, fabulous, and I love them! They are so responsive and they are honestly the best. My husband and I purchased an old condo and they tried everything to get an old unit rehabbed. We ended up having to replace the units, but they did a really good job. They are very polite and professional. When they had to pull the permit to do my air conditioning, a lady from the office came out to make sure everything was correct. They are very thorough and professional. We don't live in the area full time and are only around on the weekends and holidays. If we ever have an issue on a weekend or evening, they come right out to get the unit working for us. They have been just wonderful!

They were fabulous.  They were very prompt, returned phone calls immediately, returnedphone calls when they said they would, and actually completed the work early. They were able to install the new heater within 48 hours. The price was right, they showed up on time, and followed up. The owner did the work himself, seemed to have all the proper equipment, and cleaned up after himself. The cost came in exactly on price as it was bid at and was in line with others. They were great and I would recommend them.
