After visiting some larger retailers, I saw a sign that indicated three rooms of carpeting for a very low price. I called and spoke with Bill Graham, who showed up on time. I had to take maybe a twenty minute drive to meet him, he brought samples with him, went through the entire layout of the home, and used some imagination as to how to layout the carpet to get the best yield. He quoted me a price and installed. Installers showed on time, the carpet I picked out was accurate. He did the front entry way, kitchen, rear entry, and the washer and drier area in vinyl. I had him do the ceramic tile in the bathroom, it took some floor preparation, as the laying of cement board, Dura Rock Sub Floor. Installed everything as agreed upon, no surprises, no attempts to raise the price for any little incidental thing. My only complaint is I would have made sure that the installers had a vacuum cleaner so they could have vacuumed the little pieces that cutting the carpet leaves all over the place. It would have taken maybe fifteen minutes of their time.

the contractor. I had to call him again to fix this problem. I know the guy had good intensions but he didnt really didnt know what he was doing. Now I am trying to fix what he has done wrong. The ceramic tile was really nice. the job that they did was mostly tile so I have to grade accordingly to how much was the wood work and how much was ceramic tile.
