They're 5 star rating is real. Kris and Josh were great. Very professional. They were on time and thoroughly explained our options and pricing. When the job was done they cleaned up the mess. If you need someone to save your home these are your guys. Thanks Kris and Josh!

Justin at 727-254-1851 is the best! He answered the phone on the first ring. Managed my expectation and showed up on time as promised. Took care of all the problems: Clog, stuck shower knob, and toilet flapper problem all fixed. Prompt and courteous. Reasonably priced. Would definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing need. 5 Stars! As their motto says, he gave my full house the royal flush!

I Don't recall the repair person's name but he was friendly and professional. My mom had a blockage. The repair person removed it and we were able to proceed with dinner preparation. We have called Clog King a couple times, first call was through Angie, and it was near a holiday. The repair persons have not been the same but service has been consistently good at reasonable prices.

I could not have ask for better service. The receptionist answering the call was very polite and helpful. The technician called me and kept me informed and arrived before the actual time, he called on his way to make sure being early was ok with me. James, the tech, understood the issue and when he drove up, started working immediately. He was very conscience and listen to my concerns and took care of the situation like a pro!!! When he was done, came in and made sure the problem was resolved and explained how to prevent this problem again. He was very courteous, and professional. Clog Kings, James will be my first call if I ever have another plumbing problem!!!

I called early in the morning and the secretary (for lack of a better word) told me that a person would call be back soon. No reply the whole day......so I called Every-Day-Plumber around 5 PM and they gave me an appointment tomorrow morning. That's service! Clog Kings is a joke - see for your self. Good luck with your business Clog Kings........you will need a lot of luck, but I suspect you will go out of business way before then. Happy New Year.

Justin, a plumber with Clog Kings called first. He answered my questions about potential costs after I explained the problem. Justin arrived within 20 minutes. The clog was severe, apparently, caused from a slow buildup. It took Justin over an hour using a snake on the roof and inside the house. He cleared the clog, fixed the leaky pipe, sealed everything then cleaned up the area. After he departed, we returned to preparations for Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. We were completely satisfied with his work. Justin was professional, pleasant and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Justin/Clog Kings. We will definitely call this company for future plumbing needs.

I called Clog Kings and in two hours the plumber was at my house. He was very courteous and made sure the problem was resolved before leaving. He did a great job making sure he had cleaned up any mess from the water.

It went very smooth. When my old water heater just leaked in the garage the other day, I called the number on it. The company moved and changed their phone, nobody picked up a whole day; then he gave me a good estimate but couldn't come soon. After that, I went to Home Depot and Lowe's but their installation teams either took 2 days to call or priced me too high. Then, I used Angie's' list recommendation, whcih I should have done from the beginning. That is how I found Clog Kings Plumbing; they were a new member, but had few good reviews. It said that they are open 24/7 , so I called at 9 pm, and they answered momentarily, which was refreshing compared to other companies. They asked me if it is emergency and water is leaking in the house, which was not because I stopped it, so they offered to come 9 am, the next morning, and there is the only problem I had with them - they were 2 hours late, having some problems finding the right water heater; they apologized. When they arrived, they worked for 2.5 hours, by draining the old one, removing it from the shelf, placing the new one on the shelf and connecting it. Richie and Ryan worked very hard and very conscienceless the entire time. They accepted also my Angie's coupon. My husband and I could not be more than happy with their job! Thank you, and will call again!

The guys came out shortly after I called and replaced my water heater. They were very efficient and professional and I would definitelty recommend them!
