We called Robert and he set an appointment to come and see what the problem was. He showed up on time and after a short inspection of the chimney he diagnosed it as small cracks in the top of the chimney. He gave her a price to repair it and she agreed. He went up on the roof, calked where the cracks were and sealed the whole chimney. Very professional and efficient. She was very happy with the service and after Irma, still no leaks. Keep up the great work Robert!

I called around to many chimney sweepers in my area to get my dryer vent cleaned out. They were all the exact price but chose to go with him because he could be here the soonest. He arrived on time and did everything he said he was going to do. our dryer outlet is on the roof. He pulled everything out and showed me a picture of all the lint that was removed. It seems like he just left everything on the roof and the next day i had to get it all out of the pool and out of the bushes. It would have been nice if he had a way of disposing of all the lint rather than leave it on the roof and let it blow around the yard.

TWO GENTLEMEN CAME WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. ACCOMPLISHED THERE TASKS IN A CLEAN, EFFICIENT MANOR AND WERE VERY INTERESTING TO SPEAK WITH! ONE LAD ACCOMPLISHED MOST OF THE WORK WITH NOMINAL SUPERVISION, WHILE THE OWNER SUPERVISED AND CONDUCTED "P.R." THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN SHORT ORDER AND THEY WERE ON THERE WAY. IT GIVES ME SOME PEACE OF MIND TO KNOW THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CLEANED. AS A BONUS, THEY ADVISED I SHOULD APPLY WD 40 TO MY "CHAIN MAIL" SCREEN DURING THE OFF SEASON TO KEEP CORROSION DOWN!
