Besel Plumbing (aks The Clean Plumbers), came out to install new faucets and shutoff valves in our complex. Jim and Jay did an excellent job (thank you). Jim initially provided with estimate and was very punctual with the quote and lining up the work 2 days later! Joanne and Debra were excellent communicators in the office - providing me with information and updates. There is a reason why this company is highly rated - They are excellent and professional!! Thank you all!

I called on Thursday morning and the owner Mike came out around noon and worked until after 4:00. The next morning Jim returned and worked from 8:30 until almost 4:30 to complete the hellacious job. He found the leak, completed the work, including having to pour concrete that was needed to finish off the driveway. He also recommended another section of Plumbing that needs to be done in the near future to avoid other leaks that could occur in this old erroneous PVC pipe that was used back in 1987. Very very good. When he came in he knew what was going on. When he was here he looked over to make sure everything is working.

They responded within a couple hours, promptly went to work. Jeff was polite, professional, and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. He also gave me great information on preventative measures I could take. I have been using them for years. No matter what the project they are always professional, thorough, and honest. I wouldn't use any other plumber

They have been superb. We have been using them for 30 years.The prices are comfortable, they're not cheap.They're the kind of place that when they enter your house they put footies on their shoes and after they go under your sink or where ever they're working, they use a dustpan and clean up afterward it's prettier than it was when they found it. They're just pretty spectacular that way.They're conscientious.It's just three brothers working together, and they are polite, professional and pleasant to be around.

Overall quite well. There was uncertainty given the  age of the home. It was postulated other problems may arise connecting the new pipe to the old ones however the technician was expertly skilled and completed the task seamlessly.
For the readers wondering why a B rating was given for price and responsiveness:
Price - I'm a new home owner and so I have nothing to compare this to, I could be totally wrong and was given the bargain of a lifetime. The quality certainly looks worth the cost.
Responsiveness - This was a non-emergent fix therefore any emergency plumbing situations took precedence first which delayed my project 4 days. They experienced a particularly high volume of emergency plumbing requests that week. Had I labeled mine an emergency I know they would've been out at the original scheduled time.

Came home from vacation to a leaking hot water heater.  Called Monday morning @ 815am and by 9am had a plumber at my door.  First off - Chris, who answered my call (live voice, no message prompts) - was courteous, professional and friendly.  Secondly, Jeff, the plumber, was also courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable.  He arrived in an immaculately maintained service van and his appearance was equally professional and clean. (He even wore shoe covers when he came into the house.)  He took his time in explaining our options without any high pressure sales techniques.  Was it expensive? - yes.  Was it worth it? -yes.  I have learned from bitter experience - you get what you pay for.  When I weigh the so-call "potential" savings of going with a discount plumber or do-it-yourselfers vs going without hot water for an another day or even two plus lost wages in time away from work - it's a no-brainer:  Go with the good guy standing right in front of you.  Jeff replaced my 1970's retro hot water heater - which required upgraded wiring as well as my re-circulating pump (keeps hot water flowing thru' pipes giving me hot water on demand)  which had crapped out a couple of months ago after about 15 years of service.  He spent nearly the entire day on the job-site which he left as neat and tidy as a pin. I would definitely call these people again.

Excellent! Very courteous and professional, did a really nice job and cleaned up everything on the way out.

These guys are the THIRD outfit I have had here to deal with a BIG water leak, costing me hundreds more than my bill.
The first plumber gave it a good try and referred me to a leak specialist. The leak specialist came out, spent three hours,
used sonar and all kinds of tech and couldn't find it.
Besel guys went under the house with good ole' common sense and experience, found the leak and had it fixed
within a couple hours

One morning we felt that the water pressure was less than usual and that the water didn't seem as hot as usual. I called another plumber I had used previously who we were very pleased with, but he was booked up until the following week; they were kind enough to give me Besel plumbing's number and said they may be able to come out sooner. I called them and spoke with Chris, who was very helpful, and he was able to schedule an appt. for me for the following morning. Mike arrived right on time and appeared to thoroughly check the hot water tank; he drained off water from the bottom spigot to remove sediment that had accumulated (we recently purchased the house, so don't know if it was ever done prior). He determined that there didn't appear to be a problem with the hot water heater at this time; I was very impressed and grateful that he was so honest and didn't just tell me I needed a new one! He was very pleasant and professional and spent time going over everything with me, including a maintenance plan. The service charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service I received from Mike at Besel and will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

They did an awesome job, very professional, neat, come in with booties and tarps, clean up after themselves, and show up when they're supposed to. The job was done very well. I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job.

We were very impresssed with their promptness, knowledge and especially their requirement to obtain a building permit to make sure the job is done correctly...they are a bit higher then other plumbing companies, but worth the price. You get what you pay for!

In 1988 when I needed to replace my sewer line the plumbers I talked to stated they had to tear down my fence and bring in heavy machinery at a high cost. A neighbor suggested I call Besel Plumbing, and they did a great job without tearing down my fence or bringing in heavy machinery. Since 2004 I have always had the same Service Technician, Jeff Woodard, He has always been courteous, punctual, neat, professional, honest.and willing to answer my questions. Besel Plumbing's prices are reasonable and the quality of the work is outstanding. I have no hesitation in referring them for any plumbing needs. Their office staff is also courteous and friendly.
