It was a used vehicle. It was the only one that I wanted that I could find and they sold it to me. It was a little high. They are responsive, they are all over you. I would purchase again from them.

I get free tire rotation. They are pretty good with pricing. If I make an appointment, they usually take me right in. They are right on top of it. I have sit around until they are done. It depends on how busy they are that day.

Overall they are okay. They are good to me. When you go there once, you don't have to go back because they didn't do the work well. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I have coupons on occasions. They are good people.

(Cost) I had a pre-purchased plan from when I bought the vehicle so I dont know I honestly dont know. (Pricing grade) I didn't go back I remember it was more expensive than other places. I would say B. (Workers) Very nice. (What stuck out) Just that they are a reputable dealership. and they are associated with Toyota which is what I own so, they know the vehicle.

Horribly. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced at a dealership. On one occasion it took 4 phone calls to talk to a person. (The 3rd person--and quot;Corinaand quot;--mocked me when I told her I was trying to get in touch with a service representative.) We had our 2010 Prius towed to Autoway Toyota because it would not start. (Five weeks prior we had it towed to and repaired by a different Toyota dealer to the tune of $700 for the same problem.) Three days after we had it towed to Autoway Toyota, they had failed to do the 2 things we had asked them to do. We spent $133.00 to have it towed there. We are now going to have to take it to yet another dealer. I purchased another new vehicle from Autoway 3 years ago. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from them.

I purchased my 2002 Lexus from my dad earlier this year. A warning light came on and I called Toyota on Friday to make an appointment. The lady I talked to gave me an appointment for 11am the next day. I asked her how long she thought it would take to dianose the problem and she said less than an hour. I showed up for my appointment at 10:45 Saturday morning. When I pulled up into the covered write up area I observed 4 people standing at a desk eating pizza, as I pulled in they all looked at me. I sat there for a several minutes before honking my horn and then a young man came over to my car. He said he was sorry but he was eating lunch. I told him I had an appointment for 11am to diagnose a warning light on my dash. While he was writing up a ticket he asked when I wanted to pick up the car, I told him that I was informed it shouldnt take more than an hour. He then said it would probably take 4 hours since they were so busy. I in turn told him to forget it and took my car to another shop.
