the whole crew came over tore off my tile roof and installed a 30 year shingle roof ,the men were very polite,and courteous.it was done w/great professionalism, and  in a timely matter,when they left job it was  immaculate ,I would not hesitate to hire them again if needed

The job was done very good and now the roof looks absolutely beautiful.

Well long story short, less then 6 years after Ark Roofing did my roof, I have a leak in the corner of my roof and a few defective shingles. I contacted Ark and asked them to investigate the leak and they claim it's not their issue and wanted to charge me 300 dollars to fix. I decided to investigate it further and contacted two other licensed roof contractors and they confirmed the roof was leaking and it should be covered by the 10 year warranty.? I decided to contact Ark Roofing again and they still refused.

Professional, meticulous work. The crew appeared promptly each morning, except the final morning, when rain delayed them a few minutes. (Can't imagine why a roofer wouldn't want to get hit by lightning!) My new roof is gorgeous! My only "complaint" is a silly one -- I thought I would get a break on my homeowners' insurance, but instead the company informed me kindly that because my beautiful new roof increased the value of my house, my insurance would be going UP. It's well worth it. I'd hire Ark Roofing again any time, and I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent work at a fair price.

Owner was very responsive and they were fast.  Roof is still new so I cannot speak of how well the roof was installed yet.

1st they returned our call, only one of 3 out 15 that did. Came out next day to look at it, came one week later to put it. ALLLLLL other companies had 3-5 weeks wait because of the massive rains in this region of Florida and had multitude of roofs to do, which understandable. We had the leaks and preferred not to have to wait that long.

Provided the price and stuck to it, no add-ons. Labor warranty: 10 years, shingle warranty: 20 years.

Roof replaced with GAF dimensional shingles, 30 lb paper was underplayed below the shingles. Some companies use 15 lb.  paper. They replaced all the wood that was needed, inclusive in the cost! 

Crew was absolutely beyond professional!  They remained courteous and informative when we had questions. Appeared to be his permanent crew, working efficiently together. The owner had two crews, one to remove the old roof and prep it, 2nd crew to apply the new shingles. Considering the temperature had to be well over 100 degrees up on the rood, they really hustled.

Clean-up was spot on! Glitches with Ark Roofing? None!
