ARCTIC AIR CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION

Words cannot convey how happy I was with Arctic Air. I called the office Friday morning and they assured me they would have someone out there within a few hours. Within a few hours a service professional had responded, diagnosed the problem, and called my husband to let him know what the problem was and the cost to make the repair. The price was more than fair. We will only be using Arctic Air from now on - for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

Installed with incorrect and wrong size drain pan. Now our hallway ceiling, walls and bedroom ceiling are destroyed with water damage to drywall and ceilings. A/C went out on 4th of July after a jerry-rig of a drain pan addition was made the Friday before. Company visiting for the holiday could not sleep in the guest bedroom due to constant dripping thru the ceiling. Company was called repeatedly using both company and owner's cell numbers and no one responded until Sunday, July 8th. We spent the entire 4th of July week constantly emptying the drain pan by hand using buckets. Problem has still not been resolved.

We were referred to them by the American Home Shield. They had to come twice because it wasn't fixed the first time. They called the morning of the day they were coming to let us know what time they would be at the house. We had to come back home from work to meet their schedule; we could not schedule the day before.
